We can Video Shop! HUH? Yes Video Shop, you schedule an appointment time and one of our knowledgeable sales staff will give you a live virtual tour of the showroom, answer questions and help you select the floor that's just right for you
OR ...You Can Browse our extensive product catalogs
Either create a workbook to save the items you like samples of or fill out a contact us form on our website, text us from the website or send us an email mercurycarpet@gmail.com with the list of samples you would like delivered to your door.
THEN... Samples will be delivered to your front door when you are finished viewing the samples simply email or text us to let us know to pick them up. Set the samples outside your front door and we will pick them up.
Want to schedule an estimate but hesitant to?
While we do have to come inside your home to measure, there are many safety precautions we are taking such as:
- We can measure with no one home or with you in a different area of the house.
- We practice social distancing
- Our sales staff can wear mask and gloves while in your home if requested
- We clean and sanitize our belongings and touch minimal items while in your home
- Once we measure and you select a floor we will email you an estimate
- When accepted we can order material and schedule installation
